TL2 was just amazing!
Second Club Officer Training that was organized by Toastmasters Leadership Institute at Intel Penang PG12, was just an amazing occasion! Nearly 300 Toastmasters attended the event. And the most important thing was most of the District Officers were attended as well.

For N5 Toastmasters, each clubs under this area have attended too, and they were:
  • Kulim Toastmasters Club
  • Silterra Toastmasters Club
  • Sg. Petani Toastmasters Club
  • Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah Toastmasters Club

PTSB TM has sent some of their members to participate the training so that that could get more exposure on Toastmasters activities. Congratulation to all its club officers for making its possibble to all the members!

They were many issues have been discussed during the breakout session that was conducted by CC, CL Sabrina, the Area Governor N5. Some of the issues and the solution are shown as below:

1. Membership strength

a. Gather as many guests as the club can and they then can invite DTM Rajagopal for closing the sale session just for free.

b. Organize outside activities to attract more members. For example Golf Tournament.

2. Same members attend a meeting

a. Establish a referral system whereby the Club Officer assign each member to another member in reminding them attend a meeting.

2. No enough role players in a meeting

a. Sheduled earlier the role players and then keep follow up them

b. Apply Book Your Role Online so that every members feel responsible to take the role
